Jim Fisher is a founding owner of HRM Group, Inc. and a former senior military leader who retired from the U.S. Army after 24 years of service. Seven of them were spent as the Chief of Operations Officer for the Department of Defense’s 50th and 60th Anniversary of WWII and 50th Anniversary of the Korean War Commemoration. After leaving the Department of Defense he became the coordinating producer for the PBS National Memorial Day Concert and A Capitol Fourth Concert. Jim has served as the executive director of the Friends of the National WWII Memorial, The Korean War Veterans Association, and the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War commemoration for the Nation. Within these roles he successfully executed 100+ high-profile Veteran events and commemorative programs. In 2001, he was awarded the Vietnow Veteran of the Year Award for his dedication to ensure all Veterans are properly honored for their service.

Jim is the Executive Director of the Korean War Veterans Memorial Foundation (KWVMF) and oversees the day-to-day operations which provide a full spectrum of tactical and strategic workforce solutions
