Robert Voorhis is a former Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Deployed in both 2007 and 2009 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in both Afghanistan and abroad, he served as a tactical intelligence specialist. After leaving the Marine Corps in 2010, Robert became a defense contractor in Washington D.C. to further support the Global War on Terrorism in a civilian capacity.
Outside of his general duties, Robert enjoys the outdoors and was fortunate enough to join with a Veteran’s non-profit in 2014 to hike the Continental Divide Trail. Robert is also an avid hunter and fisherman, understanding the importance of the wilderness as recreational therapy for current and former military members.
